Thongbiker is a French designer whose minimalist items have long intrigued me. But until recently, it was difficult to order items from him — you needed to contact him for an invitation to his Ebay store.
That’s changed with the advent of Thongbiker’s new Website and online store, now with pic galleries, videos and social networking.
Thongbiker models his own products, giving him the pleasure of making and showing off his wear. And now, with the social networking feature of his site, his customers have the pleasure of displaying their purchases.
Thongbiker ships worldwide. You’ll see the shipping charges displayed as part of the order process. (Super-quick delivery is expensive, so you’ll either want to group multiple items in a single order, or opt for the less expensive method, which is quite reasonable.)
Items are made to order. Including your waist size in the order message field will ensure proper fit.
You can enter the shop directly via this link, or from the sidebar on the main site.

Carl Proctor produces such beautiful images that you might be surprised that he describes himself as a “serious photo hobbyist” on his Model Mayhem profile.
Describing his early fascination with photography, he describes his move to digital:
Now, with a few lenses more, a Nikon D300, studio lighting, and dozens of model portfolios later every photoshoot is an exciting learning experience and I continue to be on the lookout for helpful workshops and training opportunities. Every opportunity I have I round up a willing model, push the envelope, visit a park, explore the neighborhood, take day trips, attend ”meet-ups” with my photography club and focus on creating exciting images. I’m inspired by the work of many photographers I respect and enjoy. While I find all kinds of subjects intriguing, I am most interested in capturing people either by surprise or by design.
In truth, Carl has moved well beyond the realm of hobbyist, as attested by the quality of his work and the level of models who choose to step in front of his camera.
It’s a pleasure to follow Carl’s continuing journey into fine photography of the male form.
